AssetPaste

AssetPaste is a Webflow Designer Extension provided by AIRDOKAN LLC.

For AssetPaste:

  • Images are processed locally in the browser
  • AIRDOKAN does not store uploaded images
  • AIRDOKAN does not maintain servers for storing AssetPaste uploads
  • Images are uploaded directly to Webflow through Webflow's official APIs
  • AIRDOKAN does not use AssetPaste to track user activity

Any information processed by Webflow is governed by Webflow's own terms and privacy practices.

BulkMeta

BulkMeta is a Webflow Designer Extension that allows users to view and edit SEO and Open Graph metadata for pages within their Webflow projects.

BulkMeta:

  • Operates primarily within the user's browser
  • Uses Webflow's official Designer API
  • Does not maintain backend servers operated by AIRDOKAN LLC
  • Does not collect or store users' SEO content or project data
  • Does not use analytics within the application
  • Does not track users
  • Does not use cookies
  • Does not require account creation
  • Saves changes directly to the user's Webflow project through Webflow's official APIs

Any information processed by Webflow is governed by Webflow's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

ShobPost

ShobPost is a social media content planning, AI drafting, scheduling, and publishing application provided by AIRDOKAN LLC.

When you use ShobPost, we may collect and process the following information:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, workspace name, role, plan, billing status, and AI credit balance.
  • Content you create or upload, including social post drafts, captions, topics, visual prompts, scheduled publishing times, selected platforms, uploaded images or videos, and related media metadata.
  • Connected social account information, such as platform name, account ID, profile or page name, username, email address, profile image, Facebook Page details, Instagram Business account details, LinkedIn account details, and X account details.
  • OAuth access tokens or refresh tokens needed to connect and publish to supported social platforms. These tokens are encrypted before storage.
  • Publishing records, including publication status, external post IDs, timestamps, platform responses, failed publishing attempts, and error messages.
  • Usage information needed to operate the product, such as AI generation requests, credit usage, upload status, and scheduling activity.

ShobPost uses this information to:

  • Create and manage your account and workspace.
  • Save drafts and scheduled posts.
  • Upload, preview, and attach media to posts.
  • Generate or rewrite social content when you request AI assistance.
  • Connect your social accounts.
  • Publish or schedule posts to selected platforms.
  • Track publication status and handle failed publishing attempts.
  • Provide support, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, and improve product reliability.

When you use AI generation features, the topic, draft text, selected platforms, visual preference, and recent/reference posts you provide may be sent to third-party AI providers such as Google Gemini or OpenAI to generate the requested content. We do not use your ShobPost content to sell personal information.

Uploaded media may be stored using Cloudflare R2 or a similar object storage provider. Temporary signed upload and preview links may be generated so you can upload, preview, and publish media.

When you connect or publish to third-party platforms, ShobPost interacts with the official APIs of those platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, and X. Information sent to or received from those platforms is also governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

You can disconnect connected social accounts from ShobPost. Disconnecting removes the stored connection tokens from ShobPost, but it does not remove content that was already published to third-party platforms. To delete or manage published posts, you may need to use the relevant third-party platform directly.

If your ShobPost account, workspace, or membership is deleted, we may delete associated workspace records, saved posts, connected social accounts, uploaded media records, stored media files, publication attempts, and related analytics snapshots, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, billing, dispute resolution, or operational reasons.

7. Embedded Media and Third-Party Services

Our Services may include functionality provided by third parties, including:

  • Vimeo
  • Cal.com
  • Lemon Squeezy
  • Analytics providers
  • Marketplace platforms
  • Google Gemini
  • OpenAI
