Unless separate terms are provided for a specific product, these Terms govern all products and services published by AIRDOKAN LLC.

3. Eligibility

You may use our Services only if:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement; and
Your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

If you use our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful purposes;
Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
Infringe intellectual property or other rights of others;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or services;
Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Services;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble software except where expressly permitted by law;
Use the Services to distribute malicious code, spam, or harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, graphics, branding, trademarks, text, source code, functionality, and materials provided through the Services are owned by AIRDOKAN LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, publish, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission.

6. Digital Product License

Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, AIRDOKAN LLC grants purchasers of digital products a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product for a single end project.

This license applies to digital products including, but not limited to:

Webflow templates
Framer templates
Figma templates
Applications
Plugins
Extensions
Downloadable digital assets

You may not:

Resell products;
Redistribute products;
Share products with third parties;
Offer products for download;
Claim ownership of the products;
Remove copyright or attribution notices where applicable.

A separate license may apply if explicitly stated on the product page.

7. Services and Client Work

For custom design, development, consulting, or related services, additional agreements, proposals, contracts, statements of work, or invoices may apply.

Where such agreements exist, they take precedence over these Terms with respect to the applicable project.

8. Purchases and Payments

Certain products or services may require payment.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers including:

Lemon Squeezy
Marketplace providers
Future payment providers such as Polar or similar services

Pricing, taxes, fees, refund policies, and product details will be disclosed on the applicable product page when relevant.

AIRDOKAN LLC does not store payment card information.

9. Software Products

AIRDOKAN LLC currently publishes software products including:

AssetPaste
BulkMeta

Additional software products may be released in the future and will be governed by these Terms unless separate terms are provided.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Services may interact with or rely upon third-party services, including but not limited to:

Webflow
Vimeo
Cal.com
Lemon Squeezy
Analytics providers
Marketplace platforms

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, policies, or actions.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through our Services.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to the content;
Your content does not violate laws;
Your content does not infringe third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for content you submit or upload.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

AIRDOKAN LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

MERCHANTABILITY;
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
NON-INFRINGEMENT;
ACCURACY;
RELIABILITY;
AVAILABILITY;
SECURITY;
UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIRDOKAN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

USE OF THE SERVICES;
INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES;
LOSS OF DATA;
LOSS OF CONTENT;
LOSS OF BUSINESS;
LOSS OF REVENUE;
LOSS OF PROFITS;
SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS;
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AIRDOKAN LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(a) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AIRDOKAN LLC DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR

(b) TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $10.00).

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIRDOKAN LLC and its officers, members, contractors, affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services;
Your content;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable law;
Your violation of third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

16. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, replace, update, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.

We shall not be liable for modifications, interruptions, or discontinuation of any Service.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon posting.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
